Claudia’s goal was and still is to establish a reputation of utmost respect in the market she serves. Larry has added to that his belief that hard work and attention to detail are important to anything worth doing well, and working with their clients absolutely deserves that attention.
Claudia grew up in MD and was educated on the East Coast with degrees from Catawba College in NC and from Villanova University. Over the years, Claudia taught in public schools and universities, not realizing the years in the classroom were preparing her for the business of real estate.
Larry was born in Philadelphia, PA and then spent a lot of his formative years in MI, north of Detroit. He came to Sedona as a child of 10. Larry has changed a lot since then, but then, so has Sedona! In those years, the town had one stoplight, no roundabouts, and the one movie theater, the Flicker Shack, is long gone!
Larry is proud to say that he earned the rank of Eagle Scout. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, and after his honorable discharge , he spent 2 1/2 years in restaurant management. He joined Claudia in the real estate business in 2001 and has steadily expanded his professionalism by earning his broker’s license as well as the designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRS (Seller’s Representative Specialist), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), CSSN (Certified Short Sale Negotiator), and ePRO (Electronic Professional). Larry is married to Gina, and together they are growing the next generation of real estate professionals in their young sons.
Family and community are of paramount importance to Claudia and Larry. Both have been President of their local Kiwanis club, in The Church of the Red Rocks, and in individual pursuits where they each give back to their community. With the births of Michael, Nathan and Andrew in 2002, 2011 and 2013, there are now four generations of Aults in Sedona and the Verde Valley. Their clients know that they are here to stay, and that is a large part of their success in business.
